Custom app development

I turn an idea into an app people can actually use.

I help founders and businesses design, build and launch web and mobile applications. Product thinking, UX, technology and deployment stay with one accountable builder.

Describe your idea

What I build

Web applications

Customer portals, internal tools, booking systems, admin platforms and SaaS products that run in the browser.

Mobile applications

iOS and Android apps with authentication, payments, notifications, backend data and store release.

MVPs and working prototypes

A first usable version for validating an idea, learning from users or presenting the product to investors.

AI features and automation

Practical AI product features, data workflows and automation for repetitive work.

How app development works

  1. 1. Scope and validation

We define the users, problem, outcomes and the features the first version truly needs.

  2. 2. Design and prototype

I design the product flow and interface, then provide a clickable version for early feedback.

  3. 3. MVP development

I build the frontend, backend, database and integrations while sharing working progress.

  4. 4. Launch and iteration

I deploy the app, observe real use and guide improvements with evidence and feedback.

Who this is for

  • You have a product idea and need to validate it quickly.
  • Off-the-shelf software cannot support your process.
  • You want to simplify or replace an ageing system.
  • You want one person accountable from product design to launch.

We are likely a good fit when

You are a founder or small business with a concrete problem but no in-house product and engineering team. You can make decisions quickly and want to validate the smallest useful version before funding everything at once.

When I am not the right choice

  • You only need extra coding capacity inside a large existing team.
  • The work requires several enterprise delivery teams in parallel.
  • Nobody on your side can own product priorities.
  • You need a fixed quote for the entire product before its scope is tested.

Method: from problem to evidence

Every phase should end with a decision, not just another collection of screens.

  1. 1. One problem

We define the user, their situation and the change the product must create. The output is a concise brief, not a wish list.

  2. 2. One critical flow

We select the journey without which the product has no reason to exist, then turn it into a working prototype.

  3. 3. Usability evidence

We use the prototype to learn whether people understand the flow and whether the solution merits further investment.

  4. 4. Technical foundation

Only then do data models, permissions, integrations, tests, monitoring and deployment planning become justified.

  5. 5. Measurable launch

The first release observes specific user behaviour. Further features follow evidence instead of assumptions.

Start with a working prototype

In about one week, you receive a version you can click through and use to validate scope, screen flow and the core feature. The output is a working prototype and a written brief for the MVP.

€540fixed price

  • Initial product session
  • Core user-flow design
  • Working clickable version
  • One feedback round
  • Written brief and MVP estimate
Describe your idea

What a prototype is — and is not

  • It validates one core user flow, not every future feature.
  • It may use test data; it is not automatically ready for personal data, payments or public traffic.
  • The fixed price covers an agreed scope and one feedback round.
  • The output and source materials are yours. You are not locked to one supplier.

AI speed, human accountability

I use AI to accelerate development, not to replace product judgment, testing or ownership. The goal is not merely a fast demo, but an application with clear ownership, handed-over source code and a foundation another developer can continue safely.

App development FAQ

How much does app development cost?

Cost depends on scope, integrations and risk. A working prototype can often use a fixed price; I prepare a reliable MVP estimate after the prototype and written brief.

How long does an MVP take?

A simple working prototype can take about a week. An MVP typically takes several weeks depending on features, platforms and integrations.

Do you build both web and mobile apps?

Yes. I recommend the platform based on users and product goals. A responsive web app is sometimes best; other products need dedicated iOS and Android apps.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes, when its code and infrastructure are suitable to continue. I start with a technical assessment and propose a safe next step.

What do I receive at the end?

A working application, source code, infrastructure access and a clear handover. You remain free to continue with any developer after launch.

Prototype vs MVP

When you need a demonstration, a usable product or no software yet.

Have an app idea?

Answer a few questions. I will turn them into a concise brief and propose the smallest useful first version.
